The whole episode is absurd. 'The men are getting too distracted, she is too hot'. This isn't ninth grade, this is Citibank we're talking about. She should never have been fired and it shouldn't have become the media cricus that it has.

I can understand why the men wanted her out. She is hot. Do I think its enough reason to fire her, if thats the case, no. But then again, if it is hurting work performance, which hurts business, then what else are you left to do?

I think that the idea of a woman being fired for dressing too "sexy" at work is a bit ridiculous. While I side with the fact that some workplaces should have dress codes, firing her over being a distraction to men is a bit ridiculous. Going by that philosophy, that should mean all women should get fired from there jobs.

My question is... Does Citibank have a dress code? If they have a dress code and she is not following that code, than they have every right to fire her as long as she has had at least one warning. Some jobs say that your skirts have to be of a certain length, bra straps cannot show, no open toe shoes, no heals, no jeans, sneakers, etc.

I thought only I suffered that kind of humiliation at work,I see that I am not alone,WHEW!!:-))
