Is that fair to NYC residents paying record taxes on tobacco products whie the rest of thestate pays a mere fraction in tributes to governments extortionists and henchmen. Where's the fairness? Doesn't Bloomberg know that his T tax is so similar to that of King George the turds from Revolutionary days that all you would need these days to have a fullout march on city hall is for restauranteurs and bar owner to unite to say ENOUGH IS ENOUGH! Stay out of our salt filled kitchens, Don't frequent our smoker friendly establishments. And keep your racist, elitist attitudes and remarks to yourself.

How about this Mayor- It's your turn to COWBOY UP!
1. LET'S SEE YOU "COWBOY UP" ON BIG TOBACCO AND ISSUE WARRANTS TO THOSE CEO'S WHO HAVEN'T REMOVED AMMONIA FROM THEIR FORMULA'S. *Ammonia cancer causing agent most responcible for addicting its users.
2. COWBOY UP! AND GET METRO NORTH AND THE LIRR TO OPEN UP THOSE COOKED BOOKS THAT ALLOW THEM TO GAME YOU INTO EXTORTING THE MISSING TAX CAPITAL FROM YOUR VOTING CONSTITUENTS THROUGH UNNECESSARY SUBWAY FARE HIKES. THE NYCTA IS THE ONLY PUBLIC CONVEYANCE THAT ISN'T SUBSIDIZED AND THAT HAS ITS BOOKS BALANCED PLUS PROFITS.

3. COWBOY UP! IF YOUR EXTORTIONARY MEASURES DARE TO REACH INTO NATIVE SANCTUARIES WHY NOT PROPOSE THE SAME MEASURES BE APPLIED TOWARD ISRAEL AND THOSE ILLEGAL SETTLEMENTS?

4. COWBOY UP! First wash the blood and sweat of your residents off your hands and apologice for the callous ruthlessness in which you perceive others when you muscle up to go vigilante and lets see you get tough and demand the UNPAID TAXES FROM WALL ST that broke the backs of NYS' homeowners and small businesses.

5. Instead of "cowboying it up", how about getting on your knees and asking for forgiveness not only from the native americans you have insuted but from the NYC resiudents that you have preyed upon.

Make life just a little bit easier for the little folk and perhaps they may speak on your behalf with the Governor of NJ for that helicopter parking space at the Meadowlands that you've become so fond of having.

6. Need another billion. Try Goldman-Sachs.

What constitutes "hate" crime? What right does government have to ban "salt" or any other legal substance or food group from law abiding, customer paying, establishments? Is Bloomberg offering tax write-offs these business establishments for loss of income?
Is Bloomberg giving an end of year tax rebate to addicted tobacco users for his harsh and predatory tax on their sedative alternative to the pharmeceutical monopoly?

Are more extortions and verbal abuse by bullies of the American Indian the only "hate crime" that has been deemed safe and won't be prosecuted in America.

If so, you should be shamed Mayor Bloomberg because, you have set the bar and the hypocrisys that are being observed at the very moment that hate crimes demand maximum penalty under laws that you have fully endorsed- await precedence. Do you think that your statement should be taken at face value- should hate crime criteria be admissable and later upheld just as many are calling for at this very moment?
Talk is cheap, Mayor. Are you ready to roll the dice and Cowboy Up or was that the reason why you tried to pass the buck to Patterson?

Do American Indians on the Seneca reservations live to high on the hog for you? When was the last time you visited, checked "their" conditions felt their shame and sorrows?
These human beings were once Gods caretakers of this great and wonderous land. they make a meager living farming a traditional crop and make it available to all for a fraction of what your added taxes heap on to already addicted consumers.
Your new taxes are punitive, and a blight on NYS, our freedoms, and our right to purchase, and live our lives with dignity. We do not need you telling us what to do, what to eat, and what is or isn't in your mind a hate crime.
